Bibliotec was founded as an answer to a simple question:
How can we use our skillsets in the most impactful and helpful way?
We aren't sociologists, conservationists, investigative reporters, climate scientists,
or anything as important as that.
But we do know how to amplify these important voices, and how to empower more people to engage
with their messages.

Our name
Our name (or versions of it) means 'library' in many languages across the world. In a similar fashion, we set out to create a space for many voices and messages, and to inform attitudes and culture through better access to information.
